# How To Draft a Client Report Summary With BetterShield Ultra?

## What it does

**In brief** can draft one short paragraph from the figures already in the client report. It appears on **BetterShield › Ultra › Client report** only when an AI provider is connected under **Settings › Connectors**.

## Step 1: Open Settings › Connectors

Connect an AI provider under **Settings › Connectors**.

## Step 2: Draft a client report summary

- Open **BetterShield › Ultra › Client report** and save the report settings.
- Under **In brief**, press **Draft a paragraph**.
- Read the draft against **The figures it cites**.
- Press **Approve**, **Draft again** or **Discard**.

There are no separate defaults. The section is absent until a provider is available, and no paragraph is included until you approve one.

## Recommended settings

Check every statement against its numbered source figure. Approve a draft only when it is clear without dashboard context.

## What it can break and how to undo

A draft can describe the figures poorly. Press **Discard** to remove it or **Draft again** to replace it. If report figures change after drafting, Ultra drops the paragraph so an outdated summary is not sent.

An approved paragraph is used only by the next **Send Now** delivery. Scheduled reports go without it.

## Final Outcome

An approved draft says **Approved** and lists the figures it cites. Use **Read it** to inspect the rest of the report, then **Send Now** when the recipients and summary are ready.
