Report a security issue

What to put in the report

• Which product and version: BetterShield (its version is on the Plugins screen), BetterShield Ultra, BetterShield Hub, or this site.
• Where it is: the screen, the address, or the request.
• How to reproduce it, step by step, from a fresh install if you can.
• What someone could do with it, and what they would need first, such as an account, a role or a setting turned on.
• Anything that shows it: a proof of concept, screenshots or logs.

While it is open

• Test only on sites you own, or have permission to test.
• Do not open, change or keep anyone else’s data.
• Keep the details private, in the WordPress.org forums and everywhere else, until a fix has shipped.
