How To Leave a BetterShield Hub Workspace?
Leave a BetterShield Hub workspace without deleting your account, after checking ownership and remaining access.
In BetterShield Hub, Leave this workspace on Settings › Team removes your membership from the current workspace without deleting your Hub account.
Note: Sign in to your free BetterShield Hub account. Your workspace role and site permissions determine which information and actions you can use.
What it does
Leaving removes your access to this workspace’s sites, activity and settings. Your account and memberships in other workspaces remain.
An owner must hand the workspace over before leaving when ownership would otherwise be lost.
Step 1: Open Settings › Team
Open Settings › Team.
Step 2: Leave a BetterShield Hub workspace
- If you are the owner, use Hand this workspace over first.
- Under Leave this workspace, select the leave action.
- Read the workspace name in the confirmation and confirm.
There is no scheduled leave or automatic default.
Recommended settings
Our advice:
- Confirm another member owns ongoing work first.
- Export any records you are authorized to keep before leaving.
- Remove assistant connections that belong only to your work.
What it can break and how to undo
You lose access immediately and workspace alerts stop for you. You cannot undo it yourself after leaving.
A workspace owner can invite you again.
Final Outcome
The workspace leaves your switcher.
- Its sites and alerts are no longer available to your account.
- Your account and other workspaces still open normally.
